Built, Not Born
Matt entered the business in 2002 and has weathered booms, shifts, and tight inventory cycles—still loving it as much as day one. A pivotal moment in 2010—losing a high-end listing due to response capacity—led to his first key hire and the foundation of The Miale Team in 2011. The model is intentionally straightforward: an elaborate events calendar, deep sphere engagement, and measured follow-through. The team is Matt’s pride and joy, now built to outpace the challenges of Hartford, Connecticut’s market. As an investor who has flipped properties, he brings a builder’s perspective to every training. Recognition followed, including a Mega Camp 2022 panel with Gary Keller and features highlighting his relationship-first approach.
